Is your electric toothbrush or oral irrigator defective, but still within the two year guarantee period?
edel+white® grants a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to every country in which this device is sold by edel+white® or an authorised dealer*.
The following is not covered by the warranty:
Damage due to improper use
Normal wear or tear or use, especially of the bristles
Defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance
The warranty expires if repairs are carried out by unauthorised persons or if the housing is opened.
Where to send it?
To claim the warranty, send the complete device (handle with charging station, adapter and brush head) with proof of purchase to the official edel+white® representative in your country.
